My Free Cams is one of those OG cam sites that’s been around since the dawn of internet pornography and judging by the layout, they haven’t caught up with the times in terms of web design.

With that being said, don’t let the outdated design steer you away, there are loads of hot girls to pick from, you just need to know how to navigate the site and I’ll be giving you my tips right now.

When you land on the homepage, there will be a bunch of thumbnails like on most cams sites however, the ones on My Free Cams are a lot smaller than its peer sites.  To get a preview of the model you are interested in, you have to hover your mouse onto the thumbnail and be sure to place your cursor on the camera icon. Once you place your cursor on the camera icon, a preview will display in the form of a floating widget.

What I just described is the default setting and you do have the option of setting the thumbnails like traditional cam sites by clicking the camera icon on the main navigation menu.

The filtering options are not as good as other sites as they are extremely limited. Only options available as of the writing of this review are filter by region, most popular rooms and trending rooms. This is very disappointing as I’m used to having lots more options such as age, body type, hair colour, etc but if it’s any consolation, they do have a search bar that does a good job at finding hashtags so if you wanna see an older woman for example, try searching for ‘milf’ of ‘mature’.

This is a freemium site, meaning that spending money is optional and you can stumble upon a full masturbation show simply by browsing around and not spend a penny. Creating an account is free and you can become a premium member simply by purchasing some tokens. Tokens of-course are the currency used on all cam sites and you can use them to tip models, enter private shows, spy shows, etc.

Overall, this is a great cam site that has a loyal following which is probably why they haven’t changed the design in almost twenty years, lol. If you’re not too anal abut the design (which most people aren’t, this is porn after all), definitely give it a shot as there are thousands of smoking hot girls to satisfy your every need!
